Welcome, よろしくお願い Fishing is a hobby and passion of mine, I live and fish in Kyushu Japan. I am interested in all styles of fishing but my favourite is light game or LRF. I mainly fish saltwater but have tried and will try again in freshwater. Some of my favourite species to target are mebaru メバル, arakabu アラカブ, chinu チヌ, bera ベラ and aji アジ. This blog documents my adventures and experiences in saltwater fishing and will hopefully be a resource for other foreign anglers seeking to find information on species and fishing styles in Japan.
